ArtMatter welcomes proposals for publications that align with our focus on material-led practices in art, design, and culture. We are particularly interested in projects that explore the relationship between process, technique, and critical, or historical context, especially within the fields of sculpture, photography, and design.

We accept proposals for books, as well as smaller editorial projects, that demonstrate a clear conceptual framework, and a strong connection between content, and form. This may include artist-led publications, technical studies, archival research, or collaborative projects that bring new perspectives to established practices.

To submit a proposal, please email us with an outline, including an overview of the project, its aims, and its relevance. Where possible, include sample material, such as draft text, images, or a portfolio, along with a brief note on format, and intended scope.

All submissions are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Due to the volume of enquiries, and our small team, responses may take some time. We will respond to all submissions.
