You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, overload, impair or interfere with the website, its security, or other users’ access to it.
We may update, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, design, layout, publications, product descriptions and other materials, belongs to ArtMatter Ltd or is used with permission.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell or exploit any website content without our prior written permission, except where allowed by law.
4. Products
We sell physical books and related products.
We try to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. However, minor differences may occur, including differences in colour, finish, size or appearance due to photography, screen settings or production processes.
All products are subject to availability. We may change or withdraw products at any time.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods or otherwise confirm that the order has been accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
the product is unavailable;
there has been an error in the price or product information;
we cannot authorise payment;
we cannot ship to the delivery address provided;
we suspect fraud or misuse;
we are required to do so by law or by payment, shipping, sanctions or regulatory restrictions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the payment to the original payment method where possible.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Prices include any applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Many physical books are zero-rated for UK VAT, but VAT treatment may vary depending on the product and destination.
Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout before you place your order.
We accept payment through the payment methods shown at checkout, including Stripe and PayPal.
You are responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
7. Delivery
We ship orders to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping method, customs processing, postal delays, courier delays, public holidays, or events outside our control.
Estimated delivery times are:
United Kingdom: usually 2–3 working days after dispatch;
European destinations: usually 5–10 working days after dispatch;
Rest of world: delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.
These times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise.
If your order has not arrived, please contact us at: info@artmatter.org.uk
8. Countries we cannot currently ship to
We sell worldwide, but we cannot currently ship to every country.
Unfortunately, due to restrictions outside our control, we cannot currently ship to:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Palestine, Kazakhstan, Russia, South Africa, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, or any country in South America.
This list may change at any time due to carrier, customs, sanctions, insurance, payment, legal or other restrictions.
If an order is placed for a destination we cannot ship to, we will cancel the order and refund any payment taken to the original payment method where possible.
9. Customs, duties and import charges
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, handling fees or other charges imposed in your country.
These charges are not set or collected by ArtMatter and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Customs authorities may delay, inspect or reject parcels. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or import procedures.
If an international order is returned to us because customs charges were not paid, delivery was refused, or the parcel was not collected, we may refund the item price once the parcel has been returned to us. Original delivery costs may not be refundable unless required by law.
10. Returns, refunds and cancellation rights
Please see our separate Refunds and Returns Policy for information about cancellations, returns, refunds, faulty items, damaged items, incorrect items and orders that do not arrive.
